You can now join or renew your membership online and win a prize! Each week from November 14 for the next 4 weeks one lucky member who renews during that week will be randomly selected to win a bottle of sparkling wine.  Class Enrolment is also online.

• Go to the Membership tab on our website and read the information before clicking the RENEW button.
  
  
• This link will take you to the Renew Your Membership window where you will need to key in your email address. This is to ensure that nobody else can change your membership record.
  
  
• Open your email and look for an email from U3A Southern Gold Coast with the subject, Membership Renewal. Open this email.
  
  
• In the email click the link Click here to pay your subscription or change your contact details. 
  
  
• This link takes you to the Please Pay Your Subscription Here window.  Click on the Edit Contact Details button and check that your information is complete and correct, including Date of Birth, Emergency Contact and Special Needs.
  
  
• Amend your details where necessary and then click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to return to the payment window.
  
  
• You must now check the box to confirm that your Contact Details are correct. Now you can select the Click Here to Pay button.
  
  
• Select the button for payment by direct deposit or by credit card.
  
  
• For direct deposit be sure to note the payment details for your bank transfer. Log into your bank and make the payment, then close the window.
  
  
• For credit card, when you have entered all your card details the Pay button appears. Click that and you will be advised that your payment is being processed. When complete you will be able to print your receipt. You will also be sent a receipt by email.

If you are unsure about renewing online  and selecting classes at home you can come into the Office, between 9am and 12 midday, Monday to Friday until 9 December and we will help you. Don’t forget to bring your email address and password or the phone/laptop/tablet or iPad that you use for emails.

Online membership and enrolment is available all day every day, but don’t forget that our office will be closing for the Christmas break on 9 December and will reopen on Wednesday, 25 January.
If you would like personal assistance with renewing/joining or selecting classes please renew before the office closes.
If you do have a problem in that time, email the office but be aware the response may take a day or two.

We will also be available to help if you would prefer to renew your membership and select your classes at one of our enrolment days at Boyd Street. The enrolment days will be between 9am and 12 midday on Wednesday, 25 January and Monday, 30 January 2023.
