Happy new year to all our new and continuing members! We hope that you have had a happy, peaceful and relaxing festive season. Classes start on Monday 6 February, so if you still haven’t renewed your membership or enrolled in classes, now is the time to do it. Some classes are already full and others are filling fast. You can renew your membership, enrol in classes and pay online any time. Detailed information on all classes is on our website.
The information days provide an opportunity to meet and talk with your tutors and better understand how their classes might suit you, as well as meet our office volunteers who will support you throughout the year.
Individual assistance will be available for anyone who isn’t able to renew their membership or enrol in classes online. We look forward to seeing you in 2023!
Even though the Office will be closed until 24 January, you can still join or renew your membership and enrol in classes online.

 A big thank you to everyone who renewed their membership last week! The lucky winner of our second weekly bottle of wine is Eleanor Gerry.
The final prize for the last bottle of wine will be drawn on Monday. For your chance to win make sure that you join/renew your membership before then. We are delighted that so far we have 167 members who have renewed or joined U3A since Member Wizard went live on 15 November. With so many members online already, classes are filling up fast, so renew and enrol online now before your favourite class is full.
 You can now join or renew your membership online and win a prize! Each week from November 14 for the next 4 weeks one lucky member who renews during that week will be randomly selected to win a bottle of sparkling wine. Class Enrolment is also online.
 MEMBER WIZARD HELP IS AVAILABLE
We plan on making our new membership system live on Tuesday, 15 November. Once the system is live you will then be able to renew your membership online through the membership tab on our website using your credit card or by direct deposit. Please be reassured that we do not store your credit card details.  Do you need help with your Android phone or tablet? Becoming familiar with a smartphone can take a little bit of practice. Find out how to make the best use of your smartphone including how to make and receive video calls, download and use apps, play music and games and much, much more.
U3A is starting a new 4 week short course on Thursday mornings 9.30am – 11.00am, at Kirra Hill Community Centre in October. Please ring the U3A Office (07) 5534 7333 to book your place. |
